Naked Chocolate & Orange Bon Bons


40 grams, Dates

40 grams, Almonds

15 grams, Raisins

Juice of 1/2 a Clementine

Cocoa Powder




Blitz the dates, almonds, raisins, and clementine juice in a food processor until combined.

(If you do not have a good processor, you can chop everything very finely and mix together until combined)

Scrap out the sticky mixture, and divide into four equal parts.

Form into 4 equal balls, and roll in cocoa powder.

Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or with a cup of tea in the afternoon! Absolutely delicious and a healthier option (about 100 calories per Bon Bon) than that tempting piece of chocolate cake, come mid-afternoon.
