This hummus is quick, and easy to make, and tastes so fresh it’s sure to brighten up any weekday lunch or snack!

1 can, Chickpeas (drained)
1 clove, Garlic (grated)
30 grams, Fresh Basil
4-5 tablespoons, Olive Oil
2 tablespoon, Tahini

1 teaspoon, Tomato Paste
1/4 teaspoon, Smoked Paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon, Salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon, Salt
Place all the ingredients, except the chickpeas into your food processor.
Blitz until combined!
Then add your chickpeas, and blitz again until smooth, and creamy.
Serve with warm pitta bread, veggie sticks, or use as a condiment on sandwiches and burgers! Or cover and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
