550 grams, Fresh or Frozen Strawberries/ Preferred Fruit
(If using frozen, defrost fruit, and discard liquid)
4 tablespoons, Sugar (or to taste)
Pre-heat oven to 76 degrees C or 170 degrees F
Place fruit, and sugar in a food processor or blender, and blitz!
Line large baking sheet with baking parchment or grease proof paper.
Slowly pour fruit mixture onto baking tray, and spread out evenly.
Bake for 4 hours or until mixture has set.
Let cool, then cut into 1 inch ribbons or desired width, and roll into spirals.
