Ingredients
- 1 can, Chickpeas, drained
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 3-5 tablespoons, Olive Oil (depending on how much juice comes from your lemon!)
- 1/2 teaspoon, Salt or to taste
- 1 clove, Garlic, grated
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blitz!
Best served at room temperature.
