…the delicious dessert ( or breakfast!) that will soothe that chocolate craving and actually fill you up!

Prep, 5 minutes
Set Time, 8 hours or overnight
Serves 4
400 ml (1 3/4 cup) of unsweetened almond milk
80 grams (1/2 cup) of Chia Seeds
40 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp of instant coffee dissolved in a tiny bit of water (optional)
1/4 tsp in salt
2 tsp or so (3 grams) of vanilla bean paste
40 grams (4 or 5 tablespoons or to taste) of honey or if making a vegan version, brown sugar or sweetener of your choice
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk thoroughly for about a minute to avoid lumps.
Cover and place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with slices of banana, and chocolate shavings or any topping you like!
